This website

The public pages do not require an account. They do not set advertising cookies and this frontend does not load a third-party analytics tag.

If you use the contact form, your browser opens an email to support@vectorplan.eu. The message is sent by your email app, not stored by this website.

When you sign in, your email, password, and any two-step code are sent to the Vector Plan account service to check them, and the session is kept in cookies that sign-in needs. The recovery, email invite, and share screens are coming soon and do not submit what you type.

The hub and your account

A customer account holds a name and an email for sign-in. The hub is designed to hold crew content (chat, briefings, tasks, pack lists) and, where you use them, location for the live map and images for receipt scan. That processing belongs to the signed-in hub, not to the public marketing pages.

For crew content a customer uploads, the intended role is processor for the customer and controller for the account and the website. A data processing note is published on the DPA page. It does not, by itself, start a contract.

Rights

You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, and objection where the operator is the controller. Write to support@vectorplan.eu. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI) in Lithuania, and to the authority of your place of residence or work.
