Data processing note
This note describes how Vector Plan is meant to process crew content when a customer is the controller. Reading it does not sign a contract. This website does not take payment.
28 October 2026
When it applies
It applies only once a customer and Alexander Mauz have a contract for Vector Plan. The marketing pages, including Contact, do not create that contract.
Roles
For crew content the customer uploads (chat, briefings, tasks, pack lists, vendor names, optional location and receipt images), the customer is the controller and the operator is the processor. For the account, billing you later agree, and this website, the operator is the controller. The privacy policy covers that part.
People and data
Data subjects can include the customer’s users, crew, vendors, and other people named in a briefing. Data can include names, emails, role, schedule text, and files the customer uploads. Special-category data is not requested. Do not upload it.
Instructions and deletion
The operator processes crew content to provide the hub, on the customer’s instructions. When the contract ends, content is deleted or returned as the contract states. Backups, once the design is in place, follow the security page: this marketing site does not itself store crew files.
Subprocessors
Intended subprocessors are listed on the subprocessors page. They are not all active for this static website.
