Vector Plan is an ops hub. These answers describe the product as it is offered — motorsport, events, and wedding planners.
What is Vector Plan?
A hub for the crew: news, chat, calendar, tasks, briefings, and pack lists. It is sold as three planners — Motorsport, Events, and Weddings.
Who is Events for?
Festival and club ops teams — gate, stage, and production for the weekend.
Who are Weddings for?
Professional wedding planners (Hochzeitsplaner) and their day team running the celebration week.
What does Motorsport Team cost?
€179 per month with 8 members included, then €5 for each extra member.
What does Hochzeit Team include?
€79 per month, with 4 seats included. Each extra seat is €5.
What do Events Club and Events Team cost?
Events Club is €59 per month, flat — extra seats are included at no charge, without roles or the Live-GPS map. Events Team is €119 per month with 8 team members included and €5 for each extra member. It adds the roles Production lead, Crew, and Viewer, and the Live-GPS map once GPS is connected.
Can I pay on this website?
No. The prices are published here as copy. Use Contact to talk about a plan. This site does not start a payment.
Is the live map on now?
The motorsport hub is designed to show service vehicles when GPS is connected. Treat the map as part of the product scope, not as a promise that every vehicle is already live.
What does receipt scan do?
It captures cost-centre spend for the crew — a photo and an amount against the job on the road.
Which languages are on the site?
The screens are offered in English, Lithuanian, Polish, German, Latvian, and Russian. Long-form pages are written in English and German.
Can I sign in today?
Yes. Sign-in and crew accounts work: email and password, two-step sign-in, and crew codes. Email invites, password reset by email, and read-only share links are coming soon. If you do not have an account yet, or need a person, write via Contact.
