Days and stages
Break the weekend into days and stages so crew and artists can see the next call. The line-up lives next to that structure, not in a spreadsheet only one person can open.
Crew roles
Name who is on gate, stage, and production. A role without a person is still a gap. Briefings and pack lists go out before doors, not after the first changeover.
Money, as notes
Budget lines are cost-centre notes for the event so the weekend desk can see spend against the job.

The price
Events Club is €59 a month, flat — extra seats cost nothing. Events Team is €119 a month with 8 team members included, then €5 for each extra member, with the roles Production lead, Crew, and Viewer and the Live-GPS map once GPS is connected.
