Run race week from one desk.

For rally and circuit crews. The hub holds the week on one desk — from the shop to the paddock.

Before you leave the shop

Put the event on the calendar and assign tasks to the people who are actually travelling. A pack list for tools, spares, and the travel kit is checked before the door shuts.

  • Calendar entry for the meeting
  • Tasks with a name on each
  • Pack list signed off in the shop

Briefings

Stage notes and the run of day belong in a briefing, not in a thread that half the crew will miss. People read the same note.

During the week

Chat stays on the event. News is for the crew, not for a public feed. If a cost comes up on the road, receipt scan is a note against a cost centre — a photo and an amount.

The map

The live map is there so the crew can see service vehicles when GPS is connected to the hub. If that view is not connected, the rest of the week still runs. Do not plan the service park on the assumption that every vehicle is already on the map.

Plans

Motorsport Club is €59 a month. Motorsport Team is €179 a month with 8 members included, then €5 for each extra member. Motorsport Pro is €399 a month with 20 members included, with the map and receipt scan in scope. Payment is not taken on this website.
