How a week runs

  1. Set the week

    Put the race, the festival, or the wedding on one calendar. Days, stages, and rooms stay visible.

  2. Brief the crew

    Pack lists and briefings go out before anyone leaves. The notes live with the job, not in a side chat.

  3. Run the day

    Tasks and chat stay on that week. When the hub’s map or receipt scan is connected, they sit here too.
